Blood Sisters (tier 2 alternate) Initiative is indeed still very high, but it's not stupidly high. And having stupidly high Initiative is better than very high Initiative. My point in the post was that the 5 hp is not enough to be able to survive a strong attack anyways, so you might as well try to do as much damage before they die.

For each creature tier, which is the most effective creature for that tier? For example, a peasant is a tier 1 creature, a black dragon is a tier 7. I don't have the game yet so I can't offer up any thoughts. Also was wondering if the Vampire Lords were are dominate in this version of Heroes as they have been in previous versions. _____

You might need to factor in your general build and roster config. BIG caveat is that this is a P2W tier list. Very few portions of it apply to F2P / dolphins (other than highlighting that some F2P units are as good / better than many P2W). 3.1K subscribers in the era_of_chaos community.
