Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour in the vodka and vermouth. Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for 30 seconds or until the outside of the shaker is icy cold. Strain the cherry martini into a coupe or martini glass and garnish with a twist of lemon and 2 Drunken Cherries, skewered on a pick.
Build the gin and vermouth in a mixing glass with ice. Stir for 20 seconds. Strain into a frozen Martini glass. Garnish: A few drops of EVOO + expressed lemon oils across the top, stem and base. Serve with a side ramekin of Sicilian olives.
Pour in 12oz of vodka. (Or whatever fits, all the way to the top of the jar.) Let steep for 5-7 days. Filter through cheesecloth, and pour back into jar. Place a halved jalapeno in jar and let steep for about a day. Give it a taste every 12 hours or so, and see if it’s to your liking.
